Join others for a weekly meditation exploration. You will learn more about mindfulness and meditation followed by a 15-20 minute meditation. Each week we will explore a different type of meditation and you will receive a resources to practice yourself. Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness and Breathing Meditation Week 2: Gratitude Practice and Loving Kindness Meditation Week 3: Eating Meditation Week 4: Walking Meditation Recordings will be available.
